Many thanks for the tai chi
sessions which I found both enjoyable and beneficial.
I find the deep breathing exercises help as I sometimes
use an inhaler which I now find easier to use. I also find
that during my daily walk that holding the posture you taught
me - shoulders back, head up - helps me walk better. Thank

This is just to say thanks for all the exercises we have carried out with you in

Treatments
Symptoms: frozen shoulder. Cause: work related injury.
After having pain in my shouilder for almost 2 years and trying many various things which gave some relief, I tried this tui na method combined with energy. Results were not instant and I was shown some breathing and stretching exercises. After about 3 sessions, I saw some results and took almost six sessions to release blockage. As long as I warm up before training and do a little training to maintain, I can keep up my swims and golf sessions pain free.

Treatments
I sufferd from a slipped disc in my lower back, nerve pain running down my right
leg and pins and needles in my foot. I found it very uncomfortable to stand for any period of time and could only sleep on my side. I had been on medication for 6 to 8 months and the consultant felt surgery would be my best option. I was hesitant to go down that route and arranged a healing session with Colin . I was shown exercises and stretches and also spent some time doing healing work with me. I noticed improvement after the first session. After 5 sessions, I had major relief. I'm no longer on medicationand my symptons have completely cleared. I get occasional stiffness and the exercises really help to relieve it. I was delighted with the resultsee.
