Starting 10th September :: Qi Gong Saturdays
10am - 11.15am
6 weeks for €45

Starting 10th September:: Tai Chi Saturdays
11.30 - 12.30pm
6 weeks for €45

Or do both classes for €70 for 6 weeks.
